What if I have no clothes to swap/ sell, can I still buy from your website?
YESS! We would love that. You can buy any item listed on the website by paying in INR like any other E-commerce website.

What if I just want to donate my clothes without expecting anything in return?
We will gladly accept this proposition and thank you for the same from the bottom of our hearts:) Donating your clothes to Swap Fashions will ensure that your precious clothes reach their right destinations where they will be loved and utilized. Please ensure to donate only clothes “that we accept”.

What if I am unhappy with the cash/ store credit given to me?
Cash/Store credit awarded for clothes is non-negotiable. All calculations are on a fair basis, keeping in mind the brand, quality, price, style, and desirability of the product. It is in the interest of Swap Fashions that you earn more cash/credit, as that will get you your money’s worth. So be rest assured that we will do our best to award you the maximum cash/credit possible.
However, if you are still unhappy, then we will keep your clothes aside and you can make arrangements to have them picked back up.

Can I return an outfit and get a refund if an outfit does not fit me?
We have tried to make the RETURN process as hassle-free as possible. You can initiate a Return by emailing Swap Fashions at admin@swapfashions.com within 1 day of receiving the ordered item.
Returns will not be accepted for items costing less than or equal to Rs. 500. You may be required to provide supporting photos or videos of the item for verifying the return and refund claim. You will need to courier or drop off the item yourself at our office address within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item returned is in the exact same condition as it was when it was sent, then a Refund in the form of Store Credit will be provided. The Store Credit can be utilised on the website / or in our store anytime in the next one year.
